Register for our Pen-Pal Program!
We’re teaming up with the Howard S. Young (Frankfort) Branch of Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library to bring together a fun pen pal experience! Sign up is open February 1st – February 16th. Deliveries are made every other Wednesday in March and April. Participants are encouraged to write at least two letters to their pal. Open to all ages!
